Most leaks are a part of the roof, not the whole one. We say which, and show you.
A stain under a ridge or beside a chimney is often flashing, a vent boot or a nail pop. In winter, ice and old flashing together are the usual cause. We find the path before we quote anything.

How do I find where the leak is?
Water travels along the rafters and shows up away from the hole. We trace it from the attic side as well as the roof.
Can you fix a leak in winter?
Often we can make it safe and hold it until spring. Some repairs wait for dry shingles and a thaw. We tell you which is which.
What if the ceiling is already stained?
The stain is the evidence, not the damage to chase. We fix the source first, then you decide on the ceiling.
Do you repair gutters?
We reattach and reseal gutters that ice has pulled loose. Full gutter replacement is a separate job.
